This page explains what information we collect through this website, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.

Who we are
Moe Media is a web design and marketing company serving small businesses. We build and maintain websites, forms, and follow-up tools for local business owners.
Moe Media is also the operator of Moe Media Messages, a church texting platform. That platform has its own privacy policy and terms, which cover the messages churches send through it. Those are linked further down this page.
This policy covers the moemedia.cloud website and the messages Moe Media sends to people who contact us.
What we collect through the contact form
Almost everything we know about you is what you typed into our contact form. That form collects:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, which is optional
- Details about your business, such as what kind of business you run, whether you already have a website, where your leads come from now, what you want more of, and your timeline
- The message you write to us
When you submit the form, the submission is stored in our database and emailed to Moe Media so a person can read it and reply. If you gave us a phone number and checked the text message consent box, we also store the fact that you consented and the exact consent wording you agreed to.
We also use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns on this site, such as which pages get visited. We do not use that data to identify you personally.
Your mobile information
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your personal information
Moe Media does not sell personal information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise hand your information to anyone who wants to market to you.
We share your information only with the service providers we need in order to run this website and reply to you, and only for that purpose. Those are:
- Email delivery — so your form submission reaches our inbox and our reply reaches yours
- Website hosting — so this site can be served to your browser
- Database hosting — so your submission is saved and we do not lose your request
- Text messaging — so we can send and receive the messages you asked for, if you opted in
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Otherwise, what you send us stays with us.
Text messages
If you give us a phone number and check the consent box on the contact form, you may receive text messages from Moe Media at that number, including replies and follow-ups about your inquiry.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or reply HELP for help.
Checking that box is the only way we add your number to our texting list. We never buy phone numbers and we never text a number that did not opt in.

How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions so we have a record of the conversation and can pick it back up later. If you want your submission and your phone number removed from our records, email us and we will delete them.
Children
This website is meant for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
