The terms for using this website and for the text messages we send.

What these terms cover
These terms cover two things: your use of the moemedia.cloud website, and Moe Media's SMS program — the text messages we send to and receive from people who contact us.
Moe Media is a web design and marketing company serving small businesses, and the operator of the Moe Media Messages church texting platform. If you use that platform, its own terms apply to it in addition to these; they are linked below.
Work we do for a client — a website build, hosting, or ongoing maintenance — is governed by the written proposal or agreement for that project, not by this page.
Using this website
The information on this site, including pricing and examples, is general information about what we offer. It is not a contract and it can change. What we agree to in writing for your project is what governs your project.
Please do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to this site, and please do not submit our forms with someone else's contact information. When you fill out our contact form, you are confirming that the information you give us is yours and is accurate.
The text, images, and code on this site belong to Moe Media unless noted otherwise.
Our SMS program
What the program is. Moe Media sends text messages to people who have asked to hear from us. Those messages are replies to your inquiry, follow-ups about our web design and platform services, and coordination of appointments and demos. It is a conversation, not a broadcast list.
How to opt in. There are two ways. You can text Moe Media first, which tells us you want to talk by text. Or you can give us your phone number on the website contact form and check the consent box next to it. The box is never checked for you.
Message frequency varies. How often we text depends on your conversation with us. We do not send a fixed number of messages on a schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not Moe Media, decides what messages cost you.
How to stop messages. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then we will stop texting that number.
How to get help. Reply HELP for help, or email us at info@moemedia.cloud.
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging depends on your carrier and your device, so we cannot promise that every message arrives or arrives on time.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. In short: we do not sell personal information, and your mobile information and text messaging opt-in data are not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or our SMS program after an update means the updated terms apply.
